Your responsibilites

During your structured graduate programme, you will go through several rotations and acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills to build a long-term career as a technology professional at Deutsche Bank. The skills you acquire will enable you to add real value in a variety of roles and responsibilities. During your structured graduate programme, you will go through several rotations, which you can choose to select according to your individual focus. There you will acquire best practice knowledge in software development or business analysis, gain insights into different business areas and gain experience in solving current challenges using agile working methods. The focus of your work is on product-driven teams that interact directly with users. You will develop a practical understanding of the Deutsche Bank software development cycle and get to know the IT architecture of the areas in which you work.

Possible fields of work:

• Conception and development of technological solutions for business areas and different customer groups.

• Maintenance and further development of our systems, processes and IT infrastructure.

• Development of strategic solutions.

What we look for

• Studying (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, industrial engineering or a comparable scientific discipline with an IT focus – 

• Interest in innovative technology and financial issues – 

• Some practical, experience especially in programming – 

• Experienced in using MS Office and common applications – 

• Well-developed communication skills, fluent in English, basic German – 

• Able to work well in a team and inspire others with your ideas – 

• Responsible, committed personality with excellent analytical skills and a quick grasp
